The Polish customer's order for fully welded flanged ball valves has been completed and is ready to be packed and shipped. The customized paint color looks quite classy! The valve body is made of A105 carbon steel, the ball is stainless steel, and each one has gone through a strict pressure test, so the quality should be great!
Read moreThis is a freshly produced DN1000, PN25 fully welded ball valve with A105 carbon steel body and stainless steel ball. The operation is worm gear. This valve has the following advantages. Outstanding Sealing Performance: Designed with a ball structure, these valves offer excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing fluid leakage and ensuring the safety of the system. Wide Applicability: They find extensive use in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical, water supply, wastewater treatment, as well as urban construction and environmental engineering. High Pressure and Corrosion Resistance: Manufactured from high-strength materials, these valves can withstand high-pressure environments and possess excellent corrosion resistance. Space-Saving and Cost-Effective: Integration with the pipeline through welding minimizes space requirements during installation, and their stable operation reduces maintenance costs. Large size fully welded ball valves are preferred valves in engineering projects due to their reliable performance and diverse application fields.
Read more1. The machine squeezes the die vigorously into the copper ingot below and stamps it into the shape of a tube column. 2. As the hydraulic lever lifts the copper tube is pushed into a uniform stacking area. This is an important step in the production of copper fittings. 3. In order to make the fittings durable ductility, the factory uses copper fittings with a purity of up to 99.9%. The factory uses 99.99% pure copper as the raw material. 4. The copper plates go into the melting furnace. The heat of over 1,000 degrees melts the copper. 5. When the copper liquid flows into the second furnace, the the molten copper is sucked out through a pipe by a built-in mold. 6. After hardening, a solid copper rod is formed with the same dimensions as the pipe. At this point, the rod is cooled and formed, but it is still very soft. As the machine rotates, rollers help to wind the rods onto the spindles below until they accumulate into rolls, which are fed into another machine. 7. Here they are cut into ingots of 2.5 centimeters in diameter. The size is as thick as five $1 coins stacked on top of each other. Each of these small ingots is stamped into a cylindrical copper tube by a press. 8. At this point, the tube has an opening at one end only. 9. Next, the machine bends the tubes in groups of 10 and cuts off the seals with a razor blade, and the elbows are fine-tuned in order to make the connections. 10. It is now held in place with a mold that opens and closes at the top and bottom. The punch extends the diameter of the inside of the pipe pitch along each open end. 11. A milling cutter then bevels the edges for better connection to the other lines.
Read moreWhat types of fully welded ball valves can we produce? These are ball valves with welded connections, wrapped with adhesive tape to ensure that the welded joints are free of paint, making the weld stronger and ensuring that the valve is leak-free. These are flange connection ball valves, each of which has been strictly tested and qualified before being packed and shipped. We accept OEM customized colors, connections, sizes and so on.
