1, soft sealing material

(1) NBR (NBR). NBR rubber oil resistance is excellent; heat resistance is better than natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber; gas tightness and water resistance is better. Ding Nien rubber can be divided into Ding eyes -18, Ding eyes -26 and Ding eyes -40 and so on. Phased rubber for temperature -60 ~ +120 degrees of petroleum products, benzene, toluene, water, acid and alkali media.

(2) Viton (FKM). Viton heat, acid and alkali, oil, saturated water and steam, compression set small, air tightness better. Viton for temperature -30 ~ +220 degrees of petroleum products, water, acid and alcohol.

(3) Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE high temperature, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, but low mechanical strength, easy creep, low elasticity. It is suitable for small temperature equal to 170 degrees corrosive media.

2, hard sealing materials

(1) copper alloy. Common grades ZCuAl10Fe3 (aluminum bronze), ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2 (cast brass).

(2) Chrome stainless steel. Chrome stainless steel corrosion resistance is better, usually used for water, steam and oil, the temperature does not exceed 450 degrees medium. Common brands have 2Cr13, 1Cr13.

(3) Stellite alloy. Stellite carbide corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance and other comprehensive performance are good, suitable for a variety of different purposes valves and temperature -268 ~ +650 degrees of a variety of different media, especially corrosive media, is a One of the ideal sealing surface materials. (4) Nickel-based alloy. Nickel-based alloys are another important class of materials in the field of corrosion resistance. There are three commonly used sealing materials: Monel, Hastelloy B and Hastelloy C. Monel is the main material resistant to hydrofluoric acid corrosion. It is suitable for alkali, salt, food and air-free acid solvent media at temperatures from -240 to +482 degrees Celsius. Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C is the most corrosion resistant material in the valve sealing surface material. It is suitable for corrosive mineral acids, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, wet HCI gas and strong oxidizing media with a temperature of 371 degrees (hardness 14RC) At the same time, suitable for temperature of 538 degrees (23RC) of chlorine-free acid solution, strong oxidizing media.

(5) Iron-based alloys. Iron-based alloy is the newly developed sealing surface material in our country. Its wear resistance and scratch resistance are superior to 2Cr13, and have certain corrosion resistance, so it can replace 2Cr13. Suitable for non-corrosive media with temperature less than or equal to 450 degrees. Common grades WF311, WF312 iron-based powder.
